Use this page to add a custom item entry to your order sheet. You should first confirm that we can fill your request, and obtain a price quote, by contacting us using the Information Form with a description of the item you're seeking. Then if you wish to place an order for the custom item, fill in the information below and click the Order button.
In the description box, enter a brief title (up to 15 words) that will serve to identify the custom item. In the price box, enter the price we quoted you for the item, without a dollar sign. Click the Order button and the custom item will be added to your order sheet.
If you need to add further instructions regarding your custom order, you can do so using the Additional Instructions box that you will see during the checkout process.
