Bluebird of Happiness Ornament
Tanya Kazmirchuk is the artist of this fanciful ornament depicting the bird who leads man's soul in its ascent to heaven. Tanya chooses one figure a year, picking from the Ukrainian folk art heritage. She designs the figure, has her husband help her construct the mold, strikes the figure and paints the bisqueware in whimsical pastels.
